You can make these scrapbook flowers in just five minutes. They are extremely simple and easy to make and are fun to add to the front of mini albums, scrapbooks, journals, junk journals, etc.
You will need an envelope punch board for this project. You will also need two pieces of scrapbook paper measuring 2 inches by 2 inches and two pieces measuring 1 inch by one inch.
Next you need to put your first 2 inch piece of paper in the punch board and line it up with the 1 inch mark and punch. Repeat this for all the sides and then for the other piece as well.
Now put the smaller piece in the punch board and try to center it so that it is punched in the center. Then repeat this with all the sides. Repeat this process for the second smaller piece.
Take the pieces and curl the petals either inwards or outwards (whatever your preference) using a pencil or pen.
Add glue or adhesive of your choice in the center of one of the larger pieces and place the other large piece on top, offsetting it with the petals below. Repeat this process for the smaller petals.
Add a button or a brad to the center. If you are using a brad it is not necessary to use glue to hold all the layers together. Just push the brad through all of the pieces and fold the tongs to the side to stop it from falling apart.
That is it! Super easy, super fast and super cute.
