Flag Books



Scrapbooking Coupons
The basic idea behind flag books is that they have an accordion spine and the pages lie on either side of that spine, falling in opposite directions.


I have found quite a few variations on these types of mini scrapbooks that I will share here as I can.


These can be used just like any mini scrapbook with photos, embellishments and journaling.


I've seen homeschoolers use these mini books for teaching purposes! The kids will put information that they are learning about into the books, sometimes with pictures on one side and text on the other. This hands-on type of learning helps the children retain what they've learned.


There are also several book artists who have created some beautiful and very interesting books with this technique.
