Welcome to the world of making mini scrapbooks! Here we are offering absolutely FREE tutorials on creating these wonderful minis! These small books have become so popular over the last few years and they just seem to be getting more and more popular.
The tutorials within this website include books such as paper
bag books, envelope books, accordion books, star books, maze books,
matchbooks, mini file folder books, library pocket books, coffee filter
books, flag books, flip books, tag books, and many others. If you do not
see a particular book that you are looking for on the left hand column,
please dig around on the site because there are several categories
within the site that include even more free scrapbooking tutorials. For instance, you might click on the button that says Origami books and find three different types of mini albums right there - an accordion origami book, a blizzard book and a shirt book. Under the envelope book button there are 7 different types of envelope books. You get the idea!
I love these kinds of mini albums, particularly when they have lots of pockets and tags! I love pull-outs and doors and little hidden treasures. We are also including some tutorials on book binding, techniques and featured blogs, etc.
Making your own mini albums gives you such a sense of accomplishment. You can easily complete one in an afternoon or a weekend.
Handmade scrapbooks make fabulous gifts. I love it when I give a gift and the recipient will say, "You made this?! Wow!" It makes me feel so good and I know they appreciate the effort that went into creating a special gift just for them.
I take lots and lots of pictures when I am with my family and friends, so I always have a good variety of photos to draw ideas from to make these special gifts.
Mini scrapbook albums are actually not that difficult to make, and I'm always pleasantly surprised when I complete one at how easy it really was.
My goal is to show you how easy and enjoyable these scrapbooks are to make for yourself by giving you clear step-by-step instructions, as well as photographs to help you on your way to making your own books.
